1. Did you visit the Lenten Blog during the 40 days of Lent?
Yes. Between reading it in my email and visiting the site I found that it helped me observe Lent and gave me some things to ponder...if only for a brief still moment.

2. How often did you visit the blog?
Not sure, but at least a half-dozen times.

3. How did you find out about the Lenten Blog?
Email from CRCC and my wife reminded me of it, too.

4. If you did not know about the blog, what would have been a good way for us to direct you to it?
Email from CRCC. CRCC website. Encouraging those in the CRCC networks/community to tell others about it.

5. What are your overall thoughts/impressions on the Lenten Blog?
I appreciated CRCC providing it and the labor involved in sustaining it for the full season. There were some creative and diverse postings. Worth doing again in the future.

I visited the blog about half the days of Lent. I heard about the blog during announcements at service as well as the web site. I greatly appreciated the blog. Couple of years back I wanted to start observing Lent through daily devotions, but was never sure which source to use. CRCC provided this great "in house" opportunity. Thank you, and I hope to see the blog again next year.

1, 2. I basically didn't visit the blog--I had added some extra reading as a Lenten practice, and by the time I finished that and my regular devotions, there wasn't much time left in my baby's nap.
3. I found out about the blog through multiple avenues of normal church communication--in church, on announce, etc.
4.
5. I like the idea (and the few entries that I did see), and would consider making it more central to my lent if we do it again next year.

1. Did you visit the Lenten Blog during the 40 days of Lent? Why/why not?Yes. Because I wanted to have a devotional through Lent shared with other Cedar Ridgers.

2. How often did you visit the blog?Pretty much daily

3. How did you find out about the Lenten Blog?Through announcements from CRCC

5. What are your overall thoughts/impressions on the Lenten Blog?I appreciated the posts. They were diverse in approach.
Could work on timing. They were not available on a predictable time frame (different times during the day, and sometimes not until the following day), and the email notifications generally came out pretty late.

1. I visited the blog in search of a community &/or personal devotional...one that could be either public or private.
2. I visited most days and when I didn't I caught up.
3. I don't recall if I heard it first at a service or had an email notification.
4.
5. Very impressed with the thoughtfulness and diversity of the daily pages. Sorry there weren't more posts...more dialog. Would have loved to have them available early in the morning. Hope to see it next year with maybe more of a "plug" on Sundays. Thanks for doing it!

I got it by email and read it just about every day so I didn't visit the blog.

I think it was very well done and thoughtful. I liked that it was varied--devotions, poems, art, like that.

I don't remember how I found out about it but I really needed to have it emailed to me, otherwise, I am sure I would not have read it as often.

1. Yes. I wanted to set aside Lent in some meaningful way, as well as participate with the community in this online prayer experience.

2. Probably about 5 times per week.

3. Found out at church.

4. N/A

5. I really appreciated the venue for many people to share their lenten thoughts on a daily basis. It not only helped me reflect on the season, but also gave me a more-than-weekly connection to other members of our community.
